This uncirculated 20 Guatemalan quetzal note is a commemorative banknote issued by the Bank of Guatemala to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Independence (1821-2021). It is a blue note that is dated 27 May 2020, bear the signatures of Sergio Francisco Recinos Rivera and Oscar Roberto Monterroso Sazo, and measures 156 mm x 68 mm. Its obverse side is vertically oriented and features the portrait of Doctor Mariano Galvez. Its reverse side portrays the signing of the Central American Independence Act and a quetzal bird.
