When plugged in powers up both dial lights up and the volt meter on the middle moves. All the knobs are operational moves freely. One of the knob has a little missing piece ,powercord has damage but yet no exposed wires , when I tried to test / receive signal,get mostly static sound come out of the speaker in various pitches Please watch the videos for better descriptions. I could not able to get any signal but also no antenna is hooked up to the unit. Please study the photos and ask question prior to purchase. Thank you.
