In 1955 the Hammarlund HQ-150 was introduced to replace the HQ-129-X. 12-tube design giving characteristic sharp Hammarlund tuning performance. Very clean chassis. This HQ-150 was purchased from the original owner, a retired Delta pilot in Atlanta who used it for his Novice station in 1957 onward along with the Globe Chief 90 transmitter. Fine working condition, no issues.
