The Harris statesman deluxe album is unused I looked through it six or seven times there's no stamps no hinging it's been stored a long time and the binder has been kind of distorted The cover pages are loose but none of the other pages inside are coming out it's a little worse for wear it's been in storage 25 years but it's complete it seems there's also a Lotta stamp album binder with a unused sealed page inserts I'm selling it as a lot I don't have time for stamps anymore I would have loved have had this when I was a teenager
