These Screws were produced specifically for the Upper Middle Body as well as the Lower body and their purpose is to lock and hold the Top Cover to the Middle Body, and then the lower Body to the lower Middle Body allowing no movement and a tight seal so that way no outside influence can tamper or wear on the parts these covers help and protect. The parts are Metallic just like most screws created for various objects and parts and are shorter than the other Middle Body Screws that help bring the cleaners body covers together. When installing these Screws for maintenance and replacement of parts that require the covers being removed we Do Not recommend using a power drill to reinstall these screws because if over torqued, they can damage the plastic and surrounding parts and would now need to be replaced, as this can mess with the cleaners effectiveness.
