This will hold your tool at the desired angle while rolling it on your stone or other flat abrasive. It will hold plane irons up to 3"+ and down to 1/8" chisels. The irons are held on the upper flat surface and chisels are held in the smaller jaws underneath the bed. The angle information is on the side of the jig. The stone is a Bora aluminum oxide sharpening stone for hand plane irons and chisels. One side of the stone is 120 grit and the other 240 grit. It can be used with water or oil as a lube.
