We hooked up an input signal and tried to set level, but meter will not show anything above .4 on the scale of 0-1, no matter what setting the sensitivity meter is set too. Voltmeter does not work and shows 0V when set to the correct meter range for a 4V input. When set to distortion measure setting, the frequency dial does change the output similar to how it's supposed too. Output to scope is very reduced power level - a 6V p-p input signal is output to the scope at about 100mV. If sensitivity is turned up any higher, the output waveform becomes distorted. Attempted to fix by using deoxit on all knobs, but did not improve. Overall physical condition is good, minor scuffs and scratches. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
