This is a listing for an HP Windows Media Remote kit. Included is 5070-2583 - Remote, and 5070-2584 Infrared Receiver which includes an additional wired sensor extension that plugs in the back of the main IR receiver. While I have marked this as used, it appears this has never been used, the batteries that come with the kit were still intact when I opened the box. The IR sensor has some minor scratches on the high gloss face, which appears to be from rubbing against other items in the box. I have tested this item using the included batteries on my Windows 10 computer, and the main functions worked (Power on/off, volume, back button, play/pause/fwd on media player) however I did not further test any features or compatibility with modern media players. I imagine anyone who's computer savvy will be able to figure out how to use this for their media center. There are no installation or instructions, so please only buy this if you know it'll work for your needs. I will not accept returns on this item.
