This is an authentic vintage 1950's lithograph pin back button. There was a box of these found in an old barn in Tennessee. "I Like Eisenhower and Nixon" in red, white and blue, with 3 stars. Pin back button is almost the size of a quarter. It is slightly discolored, due to the way it's been stored for the last 70 years, but is in excellent condition for it's time.
