Came from A&M university when they upgraded their equipment. Pics are of the items you will receive.....so it includes light, case, adapter, power supply, etc. (do not come with any AA batteries).... I got in 4 of these from A&M and used the power supply, and turned them on and each one worked properly. Each one shows a very bright light (don't look right at it like I did because you will be temporarily blinded its so bright). Can change colors, they are mountable, and has other nice features, and seem like they would be perfect for a photography shoot or something similar. I also put in 6 aa batteries into each of them, and unplugged them from the power supply, but they did not light up. I don't have any additional aa batteries to try with them, but since they work fine with the power supply, I assume one or more of the batteries I used was not good, or they take different rechargeable batteries, but thought I should mention it in the listing just in case....but regardless, they work great plugged in.
