Includes remote, long power cable and ceiling mount with hardware. The soft touch finish on the zoom and focus dials around the lens became sticky over time. I’ve wiped off the touchable surface with alcohol, revealing black plastic underneath. There is still sticky grey finish on the surfaces that are not reachable for cleaning. Doesn’t affect functionality.
