Usually this razor was manufactured in England ,but this one was made in France. It has the +EBRO+ trademark from the late 1800's till the early 1900s. Handle could be a replacement as it seems to be a resin unknown at that time. Cannot be verified one way or the other Either way the blade is in good shape and fairly sharp. Shipped in another manufacturer box wich has some collectable value.
