I have a Keuffel Esser K&E Paragon Survey Transit W/Case #740070X. I do not know much about these old transits. I took the front lense cap off and it looked clear and there were horizontal lines and a vertical line. All of the knobs turn. The compass pointer does not move and I am not sure if it is defective or I just do not know how to operate it. The case has a lot of wear and scratches. The transit looks to be in good shape as far as I can see. I will ship this transit or it can be picked up in Easton Pa. 18042.
