This listing is for a lovely Sterling Silver oval nut dish in an elaborately chased Repousse floral design. The floral pattern has a textured background that looks like hand work and also has a scalloped shaped border with small flowers added. There is an ornately engraved 3-letter monogram "M B H" in the oval center of the bowl. Marked "S Kirk & Son, 925/1000, 142". This mark was used from 1896-1924. Measures 1" high, 4 1/2" long and 3 1/4" wide. Weighs 40 grams. This nice nut dish is in very good to excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws. The dish does have a couple of tiny tarnish specks with minor signs of normal wear. Any discolored areas in our photos are from camera reflection.
