This bolts to a Kurt 6 inch vice so you can tighten parts in both directions. This one has a makeshift Allen head bolt to tighten the side vice. You can make a new one out of 1/2-13 threaded rod and turn down the end and put a groove in it to fit in side of the small vice if you want. The last picture shows what the rod is supposed to look like. The left and the right side jaws are hardened and ground.
