This uncirculated 20 Lao kip banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Pathet Lao Government in 1968. It is a brown banknote that measures 136 mm x 68 mm. Its obverse side shows workers sifting and distributing rice. Its reverse side depicts blacksmiths working at a forge and the Wat That Luang stupa in Vientiane. Though the banknote does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of the Wat That Luang stupa. The note was withdrawn in 1979.
