We engineered them with a tapered base, structured corners and they are 3D printed with a stronger hybrid PLA.Dimensions are measured from the inside walls, and are 1/2" deep (can be made deeper upon request).The cutting edge is 0.6mm - which you'll find is slightly wider than other models - this ensures it will not go dull or warp with use.These are NOT DISHWASHER SAFE (to my knowledge). Any long exposure to heat could cause warping. To wash, rinse with warm water and soap (do not soak).
