Overall weight of the rest is 54 pounds & it is far too large for 10EE lathes but otherwise Monarch lathe size & model compatibility are not known. Mounting holes are 13-3/16" on center. From the center of the base mounting hole to the arm hole is 7" with about a 1-1/8" drop. Sitting flat on a table with the arm hanging off, it measures 6-3/4" from the base to the center of the horizontal finger. The fingers themselves measure about 1-7/8" x 1-7/8" x 4-1/2".
