It is new and does comes as shown in the pictures. The hide measures roughly 105" long x 73" wide overall at its longest and widest points. If the hide was to be cut to achieve only smooth edges the overall measurement of the hide would be roughly 73" long x 35" wide. Please note that there is a tear in the hide which is pictured and is not included in the smooth edge measurement. Please see the pictures for exact measurement locations.
