This unit was not tested, I was told it was in working condition when I bought it. My intentions were to refurbish it but can’t find the time. Supposedly this is a workhorse of a welder. Comes mounted on the 3 wheel cart. No cables included. Local pick up -Cleveland Ohio, eastern Cuyahoga County Bring help and a trailer. Probably weighs 400 lbs.
