I am not sure where this specimen is from or it's species, I bought this at one of those old geologist/paleontologist enthusiast selling his whole collection. The tail at one point broke and was siliconed back into its original place. I very much like the position or groove/curvature/contortion this fish fossilized in. Its about 9 and half inches long and a little over 3 inches in diameter at the thickest.
