This appears to be a pretty well made piece, but I am not certain the owner kept the leather in good condition. The second photo shows the straps standing up on their own. The are very rigid and likely never oiled. Could also have been kept in a non temp controlled area. Either way I wanted to offer this up in case someone wanted it. Sorry if my title is not perfect for what these pieces should be called.
