Description: This is a quality made after market muffler for the model 72 Maytag engine. Originals like this are very hard to find. They were used on twin engine powered water pumps as well as some generators and maybe other things. This muffler includes all mounting hardware and the gasket. To install simply mount the back half to your engine with the two included 5/16 bolts, then install the front half with the long 1/4 inch bolt that is also included. If your muffler leaks at the seams at all simply add a few drops of gasket sealer. A nice made part and very hard to find. Will work great on all twin Maytag engines rather your using them on a pump or not. Neat look and great sound. They measure approximately 3.5 inches long and 3.5 inches around. A great part at a great price!
