Self made reproduction Red Army ration bag possibly for carrying flour or cereals, (buckwheat kasha). This bag is believed to be carried in the mess tin or in the produce bag. Copied from an original in my own collection. (Kasha was also issued in a box format). Made from natural cotton calico with a hemp drawstring, bag is approximately 17 cm x 14.5 cm.
