Measure 31" long with 7" long cutting jaws. Jaws are clean, sharp & nick free. One side of the handles has some rust pitting, other side shows sonly minor rust spots. In "as found" uncleaned condition that may obscure an maker name, none visible. One ofthe handles is stamped with a 24 on inside. Retains some original black finish.
