Nach Ablauf der 14-Tage-Frist ist die Geltendmachung von Haltbarkeitsgarantieansprüchen ausgeschlossen. Maßgeblich für die Einhaltung der Frist ist der Zugang der schriftlichen Anzeige bei Liquisto Technologies GmbH. 2. Die Herstellergewährleistung beginnt mit der Übergabe der Ware an den Käufer und ist begrenzt auf die Zeitspanne die Liquisto Technologies GmbH in der Artikelbeschreibung angegeben haben. Die Herstellergewährleistung ist ebenfalls auf den vom Hersteller vorgesehenen Beschränkungen begrenzt. Beanstandungen sind gegenüber Liquisto Technologies GmbH unverzüglich schriftlich mitzuteilen. Nach Ablauf der Frist ist die Geltendmachung von Herstellergewährleistungansprüchen ausgeschlossen. Maßgeblich für die Einhaltung der Frist ist der Zugang der schriftlichen Anzeige bei Liquisto Technologies GmbH. 3. Im Garantiefall werden wir nach unserer Wahl nachbessern oder Ersatzware liefern. Ersetzte Teile werden dabei unser Eigentum. Gelingen Nachbesserung bzw. Ersatzlieferung nicht in angemessener Zeit, kann der Käufer die Ware nach Rücksprache mit Liquisto Technologies GmbH auf seine Kosten zurücksenden. Er erhält den Kaufpreis sowie die entstandenen Versandkosten erstattet. Unfrei zurückgesandte Ware wird nicht entgegengenommen. Weitergehende Ansprüche aus dieser Garantie sind ausgeschlossen.
