The yellow piece in the first photo is part of a wire plate display that I used to hold it in order to get the name in the picture. It is not part of the instrument and is not included in the sale. The device is clean and sold "as is". I'm not sure what the pieces in top are for, but I expect that they are part of some sort of post for mounting.
