| Return policy details | We will refund item price fully if the buyer changes their mind within 14 days of the date of delivery. However, we require the buyer to pay for the cost of returning the item if they change there minds over a purchase. Damaged and Faulty items We will replace or issue a refund for any item(s) that buyers report as damaged or faulty within 3 days of the date of delivery. The buyer must return the item(s) in the same condition they were dispatched in within 14 days of the date of purchase at their expense. If a replacement is requested but is not available we will refund the purchase price by the same method payment was made. No refund will be made for items damaged or lost by the purchaser. The buyer is responsible for return postage for all items being returned for whatever reason from outside the UK. Where shipping times have delayed the receipt of goods past the Ebay fee repayment deadline then the buyer will be responsible and any refund will have the Ebay fees deducted. We do not accept partial returns on multiple buys where a price reduction applied. All items need to be returned to satisfy this return request.
