This is a SELCAL decoder unit used in Boeing commercial aircraft and perhaps other types as well. This one was removed from JA8960 during teardown and has been in storage since. It is in good condition without damage to the housing or connector. The lights are undamaged and locking feet are in place. The data plate is pictured in the final image.
