It doesn’t appear that this tent has been used a great deal, but it does have some staining from dirt inside. See pictures. They’re also are a couple of spots on the outside. Goes up easy. Rain fly and footprint included. Not pictured, but the bag is also included. (Will add this picture later). Instructions also included as are factory stakes. It has been stored for a while so you will probably want to let it air out a little bit, but it doesn’t have a terrible odor. Shipped USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
