Mylar pieces are sized to fit inside the acrylic template. Can be ironed with low setting. Matches up with our 1/2" star-point. The Acrylic piece does have the seam allowance and Guideline Holes. Acrylic Hexagon measures 1" from top to bottom of seam allowance lines.
