Presumably a wedding gift at one time. I can’t find much on this piece, but I am not selling this to be melted. I want it to be loved, preserved, and continued to be cared for as an amazing piece of American History. It is engraved on the bottom “925-1000”. It weighs approximately half a pound. It stands just over 6inches tall and 3 inches at its base. It does have a hinged lid. Feel free to message for any questions or other photos.
