The shutter works but is sluggish on the slow speeds. It has a double stroke lever to cock the shutter like Leica M cameras do. The rangefinder works. The focus and diaphragm work. There is a small piece of the leather missing on the right side where the back opens up. It comes with its original slip on lens hood and its case. The camera makes a great display piece for ones collection. It looks like they made the camera to look like the Nikon Rangefinder cameras. It is sold "as-is".
