It is the same part as in the first photo. Removal of old window. 1) Remove the center round filler from the perimeter mounting rubber This makes it easier to get the old window out. Installation of the new window. 1) Install window with the center round filler out then install the round filler last. 2) I have been told that heating the rubber mount makes installation easier.
