Check the listing for details. New York State Courts 9/11 WORLD TRADE CENTER MEMORIAL Patch. Condition: New, Made in Unknown. Listed at 8.99 USD. As shown. THIS IS A NOVELTY PATCH. IT DOES NOT CARRY ANY AUTHORITY AT ALL. On September 11, 2001, the New York State Unified Court System lost three court officers—Captain William Harry Thompson, Sergeant Thomas Jurgens, and Sergeant Mitchel Wallace—who died while aiding rescue efforts at the World Trade Center. These officers were based at the civil court and lost their lives as they rushed to help others. Their initials are on the patch.
