A set (two male and one female except for the 17/64 and the 18/64 they only have one male) Nickel Silver ferrules come with a ferrule plug made from Australian hard wood in the acorn style, with a cork base mounted over a brass shaft. These ferrules are made from high quality 18% Nickel silver Bar Stock. The male ferrules need lapping with 1200 grit paper for a perfect fit. The ferrules are shorter than standard length but longer than the truncated design so they can be used for 2 or 3 piece rods.
