This is a NOS, new old stock, cast iron crank handle for a grinder, pump, sheller, or other hand cranked implement. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. It is fresh from the basement of an old hardware store. It has "15, 17, 19, 21, and 24" on the back which I suspect is for the models it was originally for...but I don't know what machines. It measures about 7 3/4 inches long and has a tapered square hole for the shaft of the implement that is 5/8" on the back and 9/16" on the front. It is ready to go to work for you! These cranks are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you need one to complete a restoration here it is. It would surely make cranking your implement easier!
