The unissued bolt is marked Field Test Bolt Min. .509. The bolt is new, however it may contain light surface rust from long term storage. ALL INSPECTED HAVE BEEN CLEAN. OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE COATED IN COSMOLINE SO THEY WILL NEED CLEANING.
