But it says d drive not present. So we think its a disk on chip type deal that went bad like a flash rom etc. so it cant pull a file and fully open a session. Otherwise its complete and ready to go! If we fix this well raise it to 3000$. We also are selling the calibrated 14 ghz downconverter thats sold as a pair. Luckily it works as a standalone.
