Antique barometer by chas e. large. It measures 23 x 8 x 3cm. Im not sure if it's working or not. The larger of the glass tubes has a lot of flakes floating in it - which I'm not sure if it's meant to. Some slight scuffs but no major chips or splits to the wood, some tarnishing to the metal struts either side though.
