It is made with ultra durable Polyethelene with UV stabilizers to provide easy cleaning and protection from the sun. The lid seals to the box with a robust rubber seal that keeps the dust and water out. Two heavy duty, lockable latches keep it closed and secure. This is a universal fit box, meaning there are no holes drilled in the bottom for mounting, so you will need to drill the holes and mount the box to your ATV.
