This is my Optoelectronics Model 3300 MiniCounter. I purchased it about 20 years ago. It was used a few times to help get our broadcast FM station back on the right frequency (apparently, the FCC didn't like the fact that we were a tad above our assigned frequency of 106.9). Issue resolved, I put it into storage. The Ni-Cad battery pack was dead, so I purchased a new OEM pack from Optoelectronics. I tested it with my Yaesu FTDX10 ham transceiver and found it to be spot on. It comes with a telescopic antenna, OEM charger and manual.
