Up for sale here is this single used original RCA 111N6C driver transistor, dated 1969. This was removed from an old console and is in good working condition. Please note that this is missing most of the middle leg--it was previously installed using the rear metal tab as that connection. There is enough of the middle leg to splice on a wire if you want. It does have light wear and may have a little old heat-sink compound on the back. This is guaranteed to work for you. Please see my pictures for details.
