An original, large-sized jacket patch from the Group Support Battalion (GSB) at 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) of the US Army. Cannot confirm absolutely, but we believe this patch was probably made for a motorcycle club. It is a fully-embroidered design, with finishedf, merrowed edge border and is in unissued condition.
