Most of the time our clients want 48/24 WAV files but we can provide MP3 or Aif files as well. You will be responsible for shipping your tape to us in Florida. We will upload the files for you to download or put them on a drive.(Drive not included) Lead time is generally 2-3 days from when we receive the tape. We are happy to ship your tape back - you pay for shipping. Our machine is an Otari MX-80 with 16 and 24 track heads and kept in perfect alignment for best transfer quality and tape handling. I have been working professionally with Analog Tape since 1974 and have extensive experience with tapes of all conditions. If you have Ampex tape it will likely need to be baked to be able to play it. The emulsion on this brand (and others) turns gummy and will literally stop the tape on the machine. That process takes 8-10 hours and is an additional fee of $35. We have almost every audio and video format made!
