The reason it is listed as "Half Tested" is I was unable to test the Stereo output jack cus I don't have the proper stereo cord to do so. I was able to test it with a stereo p/u (not included) and both inputs are functioning correctly and working on the Mono jack. Seeing how the Mono jack is wired out of the Stereo jack chances are it is functional as well.
