You will receive both the signed booklet and the cd. Items were signed with a jumbo black sharpie. There is wear to the signed cover since its not a actual booklet its just a slip of paper. I have taken photos to show the front and back. Some slight scuffing on the cd itself as well. Have had this for over 20 years used to play the hell out of it.
