This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease and rust stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (some small tears exist and one section of the edge is folded in); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); areas of paper thinning exist.
