This uncirculated 5 Philippine peso banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines) in 1969. It is a green, brown, and blue banknote that bears the signatures of President Ferdinand Marcos and Bank Governor Alfonso Calalang, and measures 160 mm x 66. Its obverse side honors the Father of the Katipunan Andres Bonifacio. Its reverse side depicts the registration of new members of the Katipunan signing their names in blood. Security features include a segmented solid security thread and a watermark of Andres Bonifacio. The banknote was demonetized in 1974.
