I purchased these more than 30 years ago from the Philippine medal manufacturer, El Oro. They manufactured many of the medal issued by the Philippines for WWII service. Many of the medals were awarded to members of the US Navy and Marine Corps. Each planchet is unissued and comes with no ribbon or brooch. There is individually pack in small p[lastic bags. Some may have very minor surface scratches from poor storage. U.S. and Canadian buyer will pay $ 4.50 postage/All other international buyers will pay $10.00 postage
